I bought this phone because i was searching a small phone and I saw in description that have a small screen just I was searching. But the screen is very big 6.7 For the moment I'm testing the phone and works fine for my requirements. Later I put a review(later of 1 year)

Sad i had to return
In your hand it's one of the best looking phones. It has a texture that feels comfortable to hold without feeling like it's going to slip out. I don't know why people were complaining about the camera. It's ridiculous how nice the pictures came out. Unfortunately i couldn't keep it because it doesn't work with Google Fi

Not great software
Honestly. It's kind of bad. Fine specs. But the software and UI options are kind of limited. I cannot use the screen when a notification comes in and there is no setting change. Customization is very limited. The top bar is super clunky requiring multiple swipes. Cameras look kind of low quality for what they say. Performance is fine but all I use it for is memes and YouTube. Support offered, nonexistent, unable to root it. Will not be trusting this company again with 400 dollars. Probably need to return.

Everything meets my expectation
The phone arrived quickly. It was in great condition. It appeared to be a Taiwanese model. I configured it back to English as I went through Android setup. Regular web browsing and video watching are perfectly fine on this phone.

Great phone!!
Delivered faster than expected!! Great phone, I have been using HTC for almost 9 years and they continue to deliver. Camera is is not so wow though u12+ had a way better camera in 2017 when I bought it.

El teléfono me gusta pero no trae el cargador inalámbrico adicional que se ofrece en la compra.

El equipo muy bonito llegó en buen estado. Pero la batería sin uso no llega a durar ni 18 horas, el uso horario de la ciudad de México, que, rige para el estado de Yucatán, tiene un desfase de 1 hora, supongo que htc no sabe que en México se eliminó el horario de verano y nuestra diferencia con el GMT es de 6 horas. La verdad ha decaído mucho la calidad de HTC, pues yo había tenido otro anteriormente.
