Aromatherapy MassageFor aromatherapy massage, mix 20 drops of essential oils with 30ml of carrier oils like ‘Skin is You’ Sweet Almond oil or Jojoba oil and massage into your skin or your partner skin, keeping it away from the eyes and genital areas. Diluting essential oils before using it on the skin to avoid irritation and burning. Also, make sure you follow the instructions attached to any essential oils of your choice. Strong stuff
the only cinnamon essential oil for a reasonable price in amazon? and it's considering you want cinnamon bark and not leaf essential oil. i don't know if there is a huge difference but it seems they serve different purposes. i'd even purchase if they had a 100/150 ml bottles as i've bought this 4-5 times including for friends and family.

Smells like spoilt almonds
Doesn't smell of Cinnamon at all. It advertises itself as 100% pure natural however I should have checked the ingredients. There's a lot of non natural ingredients in there. Was going to return for a refund to find that this product is not 'eligible for return'. So buyer beware. I feel conned.
