Works as good as European Xylometazoline based sprays. Price for 0.1% is worth considering Afrin is at $12, sill based on Oxymetazoline, low 0.05% dosage of active ingredient, and can lead to sinus infections and other complications.

Non irritating and does the job!
After using this in Canada when I got sick I will never go back to the US brands. Non irritating and works great!
