Lovely latch, does the job. It looks old which was the look I was after.

This hasp was just what I needed to keep an antique box looking antique.
I needed a hasp to replace a broken one on antique celluloid collar box. this one on Amazon appeared to be the right size and old bronze seemed to be the right color. It was delivered in a timely manor and I couldn't have been more pleased. This hasp works and looks great and it took only a few minutes to install with minimal effort. The collar box was given as a gift and the recipient will never know the hasp had been replaced.

Excellent and easy to install
These are perfect replacements for our wooden rabbit pen's doors. They were flimsey but these are strong and fit perfectly. Like they were made just for this. I gave Sheerness a 1, not sure why it is there.

Although these turned out to be smaller that I had hoped, they are exactly as stated.

Did you really pay attention to how small these are?
It is hard to comprehend just how small these are... I know the picture and description show the measurements but it was still a surprise to see it in person. The locking mechanism is a bit loose and doesn't always go where it is supposed to. Also that locking pin is super thin. I have not put my box through a lot of use so far but I can imagine I will be breaking those off in short order.
