another hit
Oh this book was absolutely perfect. I loved the way Remiel and Phelan slowly came together and each fought to save the other against all odds. Looking forward to another dollop of this series

A great dark academia PN Romance
This is book two in the Tennebrose interconnected series. It can be read alone but its better to read in order for a better understanding of this world, so I would highly recommend reading Malum first. This is a sink your teeth into monsters, witches, necromancers series in a dark academia setting.Lots of twists and turns, possessive demon, Hotter than hell scenes!!It's a long book that takes full concentration. Although I couldn't put it down, it did take me over a day to read, but so worth it.Ashlyn does really well writing these stories and really bringing a crazy whole you world to you. It's mesmerizing and captivating and you should definitely read.Im never disappointed with this author and can't wait for more.

🕯️🕷️🕸️ PHENOMENAL! 🕸️🕷️🕯️
I didn't think it was possible for me to like Igni Ferroque more than Malum Discordiae but here's Ashlyn proving me wrong. Igni Ferroque was crazy good! That entire dream sequence was out of this world. I'm still reeling from it in all honesty. The descriptive world building was absolutely phenomenal, I really don't know how she does it! Remiel is one of the best fictional characters I've ever read. He was so fun and actually had me chuckling at his delivery of one-liners and deadpan sarcasm. Phelan was just as captivating and a puzzle just waiting to be solved. There was just so much depth to this book and having characters from Malum Discordiae playing a central roles made it all the more perfect. Necromancy is just so interesting to me and I was blown away by Ashyln's knowledge of it. I didn't even see all the twist and turns coming, Especially Kevin, if you asked me before if I knew I needed a sacrificial goat that becomes a pet of sorts, I would have laughed but oh my god! I loved Kevin!IGNI FERROQUE is a sweltering Enemies-to-lovers, captive/captor dark romance, with “Touch him and you die.” possessive yummyness that is some next level stuff. Remiel would stop at nothing to have Phelan and it made for a compulsive read

Ashlyns best work
This is Ashlyn’s best work yet, I love Tennebrose, Winslow and all the witchiness. While reading you can really tell Ashlyn has put hours and hours into her research. Everything flows really well and I felt like anything I may not of understood was explained really well.I found it hard to put this book down, Phelan and Remiel demanded my full attention. I definitely suggest you stock up on coffee and book snacks before reading.Phelan and Remiel are truly a match made in hell. I honestly thought I’d dislike Remiel but there’s just something about this demon. I mean yes consent means nothing to him, he’s fairly violent and most of his possessive behaviour in the real world would be major red flags. However somehow he owns it, he sucks you in and wins you over. The more I saw of Phelan the more I felt sorry for him. By the end of the book I honestly didn’t blame him for any of his actions. Phelan is a necromancer who follows the old ways. It takes a lot for him to deal with events that happen with Remiel and for him to accept his real self.We get to see the families from Malum again, which I loved. You could read this as a standalone but I honestly feel you’d enjoy this more if you read Malum. I’ve got to say though I’m still a mad at Phelan for the stunt he pulls with Cassius and Graeme.Phelan and Remiel are seriously hot together. Remiel does some very naughty dirty things. Ashlyn really wasn’t shy writing those scenes 🥵.( I still think Ainsworth needs a novella I get the feeling that man could spill some secrets about the witches of Tennebrose.)

One of the best demon MM books I've read
This was my first book by Ashlyn Drewek and I am STUNNED. I am no stranger to MM, monsters and dark academia but this was truly something special. The Tennebrose world Ashlyn built is full of magic and mystery, I found myself being transported there and not wanting to leave. The next time someone tells me to go to hell (which is quite often), I'm going to picture Ashlyn's version of it and I'll have a smile on my face.Phelan is our meek librarian necromancer. I loved him so much, his journey to becoming confident within himself and how to utilise his power was PERFECT - when he addressed the congregation I squealed! Go Phelan! Remiel is our delicious Prince of Hell who had the best big D energy. The touch him and die vibes from him were just *chefs kiss*. When Phelan and Remiel were together, there was so much heat that I had to put my Kindle in the freezer.Overall a fantastic read with incredible characters, complex world building. I loved it and happily recommend it forcefully to everyone I know.

Masterpiece
This book is a masterpiece. Perfection. Remiel and Phelan were everything I wanted and more.Remiel is sexy, suave and cunning and Phelan our necromancer has his work cut out with our dark prince.Ashlyn demonstrates a masterclass in writing and world building in this. The Tennebrose world is phenomenal from the surroundings to the characters and the plot. It’s mind blowing. This is my fave book now of Ashlyn. It’s the steamiest she has written too. Please please please read it.
