With my wife's RA, we had to convert our tub/shower to a walk-in shower with a folding bench, which has worked great. The problem is that when you travel, you have to account for not every where having a walk-in shower and bench. This stool is one way to address that problem.Recently, my wife spent a month traveling in FL, and some of that time was in places that weren't set for someone who couldn't climb over a tub wall. Knowing she'd have to face this, we looked for a smaller, adjustable, easy-to-break-down-and-assemble shower stool. This one fit the ticket.We needed the stool to be smaller, and once this one is broken down, it takes up almost no room in a suitcase, yet it adjusts from 12" to 17", which is just about perfect for her. She can't get too low, so having it up to that 17" was great. And it was a good height for her to put into the tub, sit on the edge of the tub and scoot onto the seat.We practiced putting this together and breaking it down so that she would be comfortable with that, but honestly, an eight-year-old could do it. It's a few screw-in bolts with wing-nut type heads. Simple to put the legs in place and then the bolts. It took maybe five minutes the first time she put it together, but I think she told me she had it down to three minutes by the last days of her trip. It's that simple.It's got a nice, slightly padded seat, and the attitude of the bench is great: the legs are slightly splayed out--adding to its stability--and the soft rubber feet adjust to the tub base fairly well so that it doesn't feel as if it will spill over at any point.For what it costs and what we were looking for, this was great. Highly recommend.

Great shower chair for the price and easy to assemble. Fits great in a standard sized tub.

I purchased this to be a seat in an ice tub we purchased and in which my wife cannot sit on the bottom and keep her head above water. Unfortunately it is too tall for that purpose (now she is too much out of the water) AND it floats. That said, this is not its intended use and it is a strong and sturdy seat. It is a bit narrow but easy to assemble and adjust. The only reason for the 4 star is the suction is almost non existent but it does not slide very much.

My mom needed a seat for her shower after having ankle surgery and needing to keep the bandages dry. This seat fit perfectly in her standard sized tub and was easy to assemble. She had no issues with it moving or wobbling, either (for reference, she's 5'7 and weighs 160 lbs). Pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Love the size of this chair - fits the tub in my apartment perfectly - adjustable in height - very comfortable in terms of backrest - the only concern is it creaks when you sit or shift which makes me wonder if it might break? I am 5’6 and 185 - so I ain’t a little woman but it does say 300lb maximum - I love it so much I may need to hurry up and shift these 30 odd pounds so I don’t end up like Goldilocks. I saw a review of a 145lb individual that said they hear creaking too however. Overall verdict being that if your tub can tolerate a larger size chair and you are over 130lbs - I’d pick something else. Otherwise this is a great chair so long as you sit softly :)

Buen tamaño y excelente material

This item makes me feel a lot more secure while bathing/showering. Very easy to assemble and seems quite sturdy. The small size fits perfectly in my small(ish) bathtub.
