This was perfect for our most recent trip, kept my medications cool.

Today we drove two hours to watch our grandsons baseball game. This was a test to see how well this cooler worked before vacation. I purposely left my bag in the sun at the game. After the game I checked my insulin and it was cold. When we got home I used the thermometer and the temp was 8C.

Love this slender option to travel with medicated vials. Looks like a water bottle, great use and comes with insulation ice pack. Travels well.

this thing works great, and is very durable. The cooler aspect is better than expected it really does keep my novolog pen cold for a full 48 plus hours and cool even after that. Being clumsy and having dropped this thing more than a few times I can say the unit is pretty solid as far as durability too. would buy again only possible improvement i can think of would be if they made it more compact for easier transport.

The unit came as described. I haven't tested out the time limit of the freezer package, but it was at least 14 hours, sufficient for my travel needs. The largest concern was the actual freezer package. It doesn't appear very sturdy, and it changed shape to conform to what it was lying against in the freezer. It didn't fit inside the thermos with the changed shape, and I had to improvise for my trip by putting it into an insulated coffee mug. I am hoping that once it thaws a bit, that I can get it to fit the actual thermos.

From my initial test, it will keep items cold for at least 24 hours if kept at room temperature. The glass thermometer is a joke, it's way off on the temperature by about 15C. Size is good for 1 Hulio pen and a small something else.

It’s getting a 1 star based on accessibility. I bought this to travel with insulin pens. Claims to fit 4 pens but really could only fit 2 pens including the ice pack. I didn’t see how well it stayed cool because I already knew it wouldn’t work for what I needed. Appearance is sleek and slim looking.
