Can this power a RTX 4090 with the included cables?

450-500 Watts ballpark on 4090 of course the manufacturer of the card is a factor due to customized bios and power delivery but if you take in your entire PC , processor, accessories 750 could be pushing it close. Personally in my rigs I tend to lean at 200 watts above needed that way my power supply is not pinned at max. Recommend looking up a units "continuous power output" as units can sometimes display max "peak" wattage . Example 500 continuous 750 peak. Manufacturers differ on small details.

It is not, but you can buy corsair compatible cables if you want, pinouts are identical, I was using this with fasgear corsair cable.

Has anyone experienced the issue of the input capacitor overheating or melting?

Suggested contact manufacturer to inquire a defective unit or recall. As a user of the unit I have had no failures or faults in two builds. Caps popping in modern PSUs is usually due to more power being drawn from the unit then it can produce. (Highly unlikely I admit) the fuse should trip first.

Does this have 3 PCI-E power outputs & cables needed for the Asus Strix RTX 3090?

The unit I received didn't work, but it has 4 of said ports, so you should be fine if you want to get it. I think the one they shipped me was damaged in shipment, I ended up returning it and getting something else entirely, non PSU.

Great SFX power supply. Fan is quiet and doesn't make much noise. It only has a 300mm motherboard cable so it can be short in some cases.

I used it for a few months. I think my PC was using too much power maybe in spikes because it kept tripping OCP. Tripped the protections several times and the unit never failed. Very nice quality
