The necklace is pretty but much thinner and more delicate than I want. I can see it breaking very easily so I decided to return it and find a different one from their online store.Oh but guess what?! I never opened the sealed, clear bag, but the necklace arrives in. It also came in a small box which, of course I had to open, but I didn’t have to break any seals to do that. However, when I go to the UPS store to return it, apparently, this vendors requirements for returns are that it must be packaged and ready to mail.Yeah, no. Making it that difficult to return a simple $15 necklace gets them the end result that they want. I’m not going to spend a couple of dollars for a mailing envelope, so that means I’m gonna have to eat the cost of this necklace. I guess the vendor won that battle, but they won’t win the war because I get to share my review.
