This lunch tote is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I really like how the zipper opening expands (into a perfect square). Imagine an old leather doctor's bag...it hinges open squarely like this [ ] so it's easy to put large items inside or to find smaller items that may be rolling around inside. The thick interior lining makes for easy cleaning for spills and it does not seem to take on food odors.I use glass heavier containers for my lunch and I pack a 32 oz. Nalgene water bottle. The tote handles are secured with heavy stitching and it has rivets at the connection point with the tote so it can handle a lot of weight without worry of ripping. The wide side pocket is great for storing utensils, metal straws, drink mix packets, cell phone, keys, etc.I bought the mint green color and I have gotten a lot of comments on it. I highly recommend this product.

I liked my black tote, so much, that I bought another one ( mint green). Just perfect & well made. I have to walk & carry a gallon of milk from a mom-pop store, home, on a regular basis. These totes fit perfectly & they look like a purse. LOVE the side zipper's.

Fits all of my food, snacks, drinks, etc, but looks very bulky. Reminds me of an old school doctors bag. Keeps items cold with an ice pack and condensation doesn't seem to be an issue.

Husband is going back in to the office after working from home for 3 years. Taking his lunch. He loves this bag. Good size and you can put in glass square Snapware containers and they won't leak (since they can sit fully on the bottom). Plus room for snacks and a few Sodastream personal sized water bottles. Big fan.
