I’ve been using the Conditioner for a few weeks, and my beard definitely feels softer, cleaner, and less itchy. The caffeine and biotin combo seems to make a real difference — my beard looks fuller and more manageable. The scent is masculine but not overpowering, and it leaves a nice fresh feel after washing. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the tubes are a bit on the small side for the price. If you have a longer or thicker beard, you’ll go through it pretty fast. Otherwise, the quality is excellent — definitely one of the better beard care kits I’ve tried.

My fiancé uses this all the time usually bought in store. This year this was the only option I could find in stock. It doesn’t smell like the correct product at all. It smells horrible like plastic and just awful.

This products are real good

The first time I ordered and used it i was very happy. Then I reordered and it seems like a different product. It’s much thicker. The conditioner is very difficult to squeeze out. I have to store it upside down in the shower just to be able to squeeze it out of the bottle. Anyone else have this same issue! What changed? Update: I received an email from Wild Willies customer service. They told me that nothing has changed. They suggested adding a few drops of water and shaking it up. They are also sending out a replacement. Overall the product still works great and they’ve proven to have great customer service.
