Thank you for your question. The $1 price at Old Navy is an annual sales that usually takes place in June (for one day). Old Navy cancelled this sale in 2020. Today the stores are selling these flipflops for $3.99. Amazon charges it's fees for shipping, storing, customer service(s), marketing, etc. I cannot share these fees, but you can look them up online.
