Great bike
Fine electric bike and within my price range, fantastic customer service, 1st one got lost , but were sharp in getting a replacement out and offered a small refund , can not fault them or the bike.Would recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced bike

USED MIEN 3 TIMES, WENT TO CHARGE AND IT HAS E10 ERROR, THSI COMPANY ADVERTISE UK CUSTOMER SERVICE AND 1 YEAR WARRANTY BUT THEY WILL NO T HELP ME DESPITE 30 MESSAGES TO AND FRO. I HAVE LOST 600.00 AND HAVE A DEAD BIKE AND EVEN AMAZON CAN NOT HELP
