Man I hate bad reviews of Great Products. It's like a competitor writes some of these reviews to suppress a great product...or someone is having buyers remorse and trashes them so they can return them. Maybe they were indeed bad to begin with, but as of Oct 2019 - they are awesome! These are perfect for my use. I use them to hold distilled water. I included photos of the distiller they fit quite nicely in. Only improvement would be a stainless steel cover and dishwasher safe glass, but they are easy enough to clean by hand, so no big deal. I love the stainless steel dispenser, I bought 2, dont look further...they work and look great! No Leaks. Like them so much, I'll like buy 2 more. I searched high and low, almost passed them up due to negative reviews, glad I didnt! No i dont work for this company or affiliated with them. They are a quality product at a fair price. These are the real deal!

This dispenser is PERFECT for a smaller party. We host holidays usually for 10-15 people, and this dispenser is a great size. I do usually keep an extra pitcher of whatever we're serving in the fridge, but the small dimensions of this dispenser make it perfect to keep on a counter without clogging up space.I would like to mention one thing (a thing that did not detract from the stars I've given because of the excellent customer service I received). If I'm not using this dispenser for parties, I'm using it (daily...as in... every single day ever lol) for a dispenser of water for my 2 year old twins so they can get their own cups of water.That said, a few days after I used this at my first party I went to use it for my kids and the lid was rusting... womp womp! I sent a customer service message explaining the rusting issue and was eventually sent a replacement! It took a long time for the customer service team to respond (so long, in fact, that I'd forgotten I'd sent the message) HOWEVER, they sent me out a replacement at no cost and didn't hassle me about it, which, these days, is a sure win in my book.I would for SURE recommend this dispenser - we use it literally every flipping day and have not had it leak yet. Only other downside I could see someone having (that doesn't really impact me) is it can only be used for cold beverages. That aside, I say, don't pass this one up!

I'm extremely happy with this tea jar. I read some reviews before I bought it where people complained that theirs leaked or something else they did't like about it. Mine works just fine. The pour valve is actually a nice heavy duty metal one and I don't have any leaks.My only complaint is that it has no carrying handle. The last tea jar I had had a nice wire handle that went around the top and then had a coiled wire handke that you could grab, and you could lift it in and out of the refrigerator or carry it.This one you have to just grab the glass full of a gallon of liquid (8lbs) and hope you don't drop it putting it in the fridge. Hope you r3ad this, Kook, and add a carrying handle in future!

This thing WILL leak out of the spout. I would walk into my kitchen on more than one occasion just to find that it has leaked out of my refrigerator and all over the floor.You've been warnedEDIT: seller contacted me a day after this review and issued a refund. KudosEDIT #2: refund never came through. Not sure if that is Amazon or the sellers fault. Amazon routinely misses target delivery dates these days and sometimes doesn't deliver at all so at this point I'm pointing fingers at Amazon for this one.

I use 2 of these. One for my laundry sanitizer & one for bleach. The sanitizer one works great no issues. Unfortunately, the bleach corroded the spigot & it rusted. So this one is on me. I replaced it with a plastic spigot & works fine. Although the spigots are now mismatched. But I still love them, they look great. No leaks at all.

Review update: I bought this jar almost two years ago for making kombucha. I had trouble finding a one gallon glass jar with a stainless spigot so I was really excited about this one and actually ended up buying a second one because I liked the first one so much. Overall I have been very happy with the jars and I've gotten 2 years of use from them brewing kombucha. This means that they sit on my counter and hold room temperature liquid for a week or so, and then I turn the spigot a few times every week or so to bottle the kombucha. Today when I went to bottle a gallon of root kombucha, the jar cracked along the spigot. I'm very disappointed because I love these jars! For those of you who make kombucha and are envisioning the puddles on my counter dripping into my drawers, I appreciate your sympathy! My second jar remains intact, although I'm now a little fearful that it might be secretly plotting to force a second deep clean off my kitchen 😂 If you plan to use this regularly or you have young children who will be pulling on the spigot, I would recommend going with a different jar (and let me know what you find because I'm suddenly in the market!). If only adults will be using it so you can ensure little pressure is applied to the spigot and only using it periodically, this jar is a great option.Previous review: This jar is perfect for making kombucha. I love the size, fits in fridge well. Very easy to clean. The spout is very durable but does leave a few drops that leak after dispensing, but no leaking after that.
