Button/Zipper Hook Combination Purchased thru Amazon
I found this product to work very well, I have carpal tunnel and my index finger and thumb are totaly numb. This device enables me to be able to button my shirts by myself, since I cannot use my left hand to assist in buttoning my shirts. It works on the cuff buttons as well as the shirt front. Easy to use and the more I use it the easier it becomes. Ordering was easy and normal delivery was in 3 days.Ray KluthCharlotte, NC

An incredibly handy tool (CMT)
I am a young adult who has CMT. I had gotten to the point where I abandoned by button up shirts in favor of t-shirts because fastening the buttons became too much of a chore. I found out about this product and immediately bought it, and now my button ups are seeing much more use. It has seen a few months of use and it is still showing no signs of breaking, which is good, because it feels really fragile to me. Not being a big fan of wearing t-shirts on a regular basis, I'm glad to have the option to wear button ups once again. I highly recommend this item to anyone who has trouble with buttons, no matter the reason.

Not for small buttons!
While this is a well-made and well-intentioned tool, it does not work with small buttons- which was its intended purpose. The "harp" part that should go through the button hole is too large to fit through the opening. And the metal resists bending, which should be a very good thing, but keeps one from modifying the product. Probably excellent for large buttons, but those weren't the problem!

Very helpful
This button/zipper hook is extremely helpful for those with any kind of physical difficulty in dressing themselves. It is also very helpful for caregivers in assisting with dressing the disabled. We use the button hook end daily. It has a nice wooden handle, and with both openers on one holder, it is very easy to keep up with.

Loop Keeps Pulling Out of Handle
I like the concept and using it means I can get those pesky collar buttons and tiny sleeve secondary buttons. It also makes buttoning the rest of the buttons faster. I would not be without the button hookI do not make use of the zipper hook but understand why it is needed by others. The only disappointment is the cheesy job the manufacturer did in fastening the loop inside the wooden handle. It seems to have just been pushed into the wooden handle keeps pulling out unless you hold the metal loop instead of the handle. If I had it to do over again, I would buy a different product; one with s hard plastic handle snd the loop firmly embedded in the handle

Buttton/ zipper Hook
I have hot had many occasions to use this product, however the few times I have used it it has been most helpful. I am sure I will use it allot more during the upcoming winter season because more things will require buttons and zippers. I would recommend it to any one who has trouble with buttons and zippers.B Fone

Oldie but Goodie!
I bought this for a friend with severe psoriatic arthritis. His hands are severely deformed which didn't allow him to grip buttons or zipper pulls. He's now able to wear his favorite jeans again and all his nice button up shirts! The product is made very well using a wooden dowell for a handle and sturdy hardware that won't snap and break under pressure. I would definitely recommend this product.

More trouble than help
I use button hooks due to partial paralysis in my right hand. Well this particular model is more of a hassel to use than an actual help. The hook is short and the eye is wide. This makes grabbing buttons difficult and fitting the hook through button slots rather challenging. I bought two not realizing how bad the product was. Now, I wish I would have spent that extra $2-3 for a better product. I would definitely say avoid this particular brand/maker of button hooks.
