It holds my projector
The tripod mount doesn't hold well. It's not a fault of the mount but of the design of these projectors. They are too heavy for a single screw connection. You will need to re-adjust your projector on occassion. I replaced this with a four screw mount when I finished my basement.

Missing Part
I order this product and I didn’t get the flat part that connects to the ceiling, and I have no way to return it!

Not very sturdy
I hung my projector with this and every time I touch the projector to, the I have to reposition it. It doesn't tighten enough to keep the projector in place. Frustrating.
