I've used wooden pizza peels in the past, but after buying a heavy pizza steel for my oven, I wanted something a little thinner. I tend to use the wooden peel for stretching the dough and building the pizza, but after it's placed in the oven, I use this aluminum peel to easily slide under the crust and reposition the pizza and remove it from the oven. Being perforated, this peel is great for allowing the pizza to cool slightly and keeps the crust crispy. After it's cooled a few minutes, I'll usually slide it back onto my wooden peel or a cutting board to slice. The peel has a leather loop on the handle for hanging it, or it easily stores in the cabinet. I have a vertical baking sheet storage rack above my oven and it goes easily next to my other peels and larger pans and cutting boards.

This works well with my outdoor pellet pizza oven. The size is great for a 12 inch pizza. Very lightweight but thick enough for durability. Highly recommend for a 00 Caputo style dough.

This is good, but all pizza dough sticks to it regardless of how much cornmeal or flour you put on it. It’s functional, but better used as a fly swatter

This pizza peel works great! Scooped on 1st try every time! The dough never stick to it... and we made about 15 pizzas!!!!

I have two active teenager boys and we go through at least 5 frozen pizzas a week. My wife was at first concerned they would burn themselves pulling pizzas out of the oven, quickly followed by frustration over the mess they wold make in the oven trying to use a fork to remove the pizzas with. This handy tool addresses both and has gotten great reviews in my house. They use it to both slide the pizza into the preheated oven, and then to slip under to remove once done. With the handle and length of this thing, they don’t have to get too close to the hot parts and avoid making as much of a mess.

First, I want to mention that I received this product for evaluation. I planned to use the Mimiuo Perforated Pizza Peel for Oven and Grill to remove medium pizzas from my countertop oven. I expect that it works. This product has met all of my expectations, and the quality is great. This is a good pizza peel for my oven. The size is large enough for medium pizzas and fits in my countertop oven. Before having this peel, I managed to take out the pizza using a flat cookie sheet and a fork but sometimes the pizza was stuck and tended to break. This pizza peel has solved this problem.

1st time pizza maker here, unfortunately the dough kept sticking to the peel, even though I floured it well. I guess it's going to take some practice!

These peels are awesome! Easy to clean and great for handling pies in the oven.
