Cheerfully helping with weight loss?
I always find it hard to review supplements as the differences are not usually immediately obvious and a gradual change is hard to measure.These capsules comes sealed in a tamper proof plastic container but it is not a child proof lid so if you have little ones keep it out of their reach.This is a natural supplement designed to help with weight loss and energy levels.the capsules are easy to swallow and I have had no re flux or other adverse reactions from taking them for a week.I cannot honestly say my eight has been reduced but this week has been hard as we have eaten at my step daughter's house as she is not well and we are helping her with her children. I don't get to choose the food!!I have been working hard on my weight loss with portion control and healthy meals as well as trying to get more exercise combining that with these capsules I am hoping to be svelte by mid July for my niece's wedding!!I will continue to take these as suggested with lots of water drunk during the day too and hopefully the results will show.I have needed the increased energy to run after the 14 month old and cook the meals and help generally as well as keeping my own house running so they have helped with that.I got these at a reduced price in return for my feedback.
