ONE A DAYPills Multivitamin Multimineral Supplement Tablets

I buy this vitamin for my 18 year old who dislikes gummies. It’s been a month and he feels great taking it and noticed he feels stronger. It’s loaded with all types of vitamins for older teenagers and men in general. Great value from Amazon as always.

My husband has been taking this for about 8 months. Not only does it provide some recommended nutrients that are hard to get in a normal, well-rounded diet (i.e. zinc), but he has found that the warts on his fingers are disappearing.He's had these warts for years and thought about freezing them off last year, but never got around to it. Since he started taking the vitamins, they've decreased in size and almost completely disappeared. I have no idea why, but am not complaining.He also maintains that his shoulders and neck are getting broader, which must be due to the vitamins. I think it's just that he's nearing 30, but if it's an unintended side effect, then that is a-ok by me!Overall, I recommend. It doesn't hurt to get extra nutrients, even with a balanced diet. It makes him feel better, too. Only concern: they smell funny, but if you can get past that (which you should, if you're an adult), then they're great.

My husband is a contractor who puts lots of pressure on his body to perform daily. He's also a meat and potatoes kinda guy so he's generally not inclined to have a balanced meal. This solvent works well for him. It gives his immune system that extra boost he needs, added energy and helps defend against bugs like the flu while he's working out in the elements, especially this season.

I bought these what seems like months ago and I just ran out today. They don't taste great, but you don't eat em, and they go down easy enough. Hard to say how well vitamins work, but I think they're doing what they should. I've been generally healthy this whole time, aside from the flu. I'd recommend them, if not for just being cheaper than at physical stores like Walmart.

Small pills. Seems to have adequate vitamins. If I want to go heavy, I will take a second pill with lunch, or post workout shake.

One A Day is the best product if you have a folate metabolism issue as I do. It has a lot of A, B, C and Folic Acid. Combined with the Zinc, D, and low dose of Biotin my body doesn't require any additional supplement.

I was surprised to see that the best price for a multivitamin on amazon was also the only multivitamin I have seen ads for. I don't feel much different from them, but my friend that I bought these for on his birthday who has a poor diet says that these make him feel more outgoing.

I specifically bought my significant other these after reading that Lycopene was good for sperm health. I saw the One A Day Pre-Pregnancy Couple's pack, but these are the same vitamins at a better price.These multivitamins are an acceptable size, haven't caused my significant other any stomach upset, and, after about a month and a half of use, we ended up pregnant (after trying for over a year). There is no guarantee the One A Day vitamins were the answer, but I'd definitely try them if you're trying to conceive.
