In the package, I found a purple non-elastic stretching band and a black carrying bag, along with the calf stretcher slants.The calf stretcher seemed to be constructed adequately, with non-slip strips at the bottom. My confidence waned when I realized that it might not be suitable for individuals of regular weight. Weighing in at a mere 170 pounds, I found that if I stood with just my toe on the calf stretcher, it almost split under my weight. This left me wondering how short they’ll last.Moreover, when attempting to use the calf stretcher at an angle of just 18 degrees, I found myself slipping forward, even when wearing sneakers. This lack of stability made me doubt the effectiveness and safety of the calf stretcher set. I had to be extremely cautious to avoid any potential injuries during my stretching routine.Although it didn't slip when I was standing on it on tile floor, I noticed that it would move slightly when I performed squats. This instability made me worry.All in all, I was unimpressed and worried about the potential risks the stretching set poses. The combination of its questionable weight capacity, insufficient stability at higher angles, and slight movement on a tile floor has significantly hindered my ability to trust and using it without fear. I must be overly cautious to avoid any hard landings or mishaps during my stretching routine.Although the inclusion of a purple stretching band and a black carrying bag were thoughtful additions, they cannot compensate for the concerns I have regarding the calf stretcher's safety. My impression is that the slants need further improvements and necessary adjustments to make them more suitable for individuals of various weights and to enhance its stability on different floor surfaces.

It is cheaply made, it smells weird and it is very slippery not recommended. Dont not buy

These are such a relief to use before and after running. They’re made from good material and are sturdy. I use them daily and the slide the under my hall bench for storage so they’re out of the way. I definitely recommend them.
