If your body can take so much extra sodium then this is good water. Meaning if you are young and have good health then drinking this will be a pleasure. Whether it is 'fake' and not obtained from a pure place then we are all in the 'lap of the gods'. Because of its very nature, water will tend to be the resting place for any kind of pollutants temporary or otherwise. It seems impossible to guarantee purity other than drinking distilled water which has no taste and no minerals. My advice, use your body response, if it smells fresh and you feel good afterwards then it must be good for you.
