A great chair for all day working.
I work a lot and end up sitting in front of my computer for up to 12 hours a day. My old chair was ok, but not built for long hours of sitting. My legs would go numb after a while. This chair is fully adjustable and the materials are flexible enough to allow comfortable sitting for a long while. One of the very best things about it is that I can lean back to stretch and the chair moves with me. The wheels are like roller blade wheels and the chair moves around so well. I am so happy with this chair and feel that it was a great investment for my workspace.

people with longer legs
Even when the seat height is at its lowest the seat is fairly high off the ground and feels odd compared to normal chairs. If you're a tall person you'll probably like that. If your inseam is below 30 inches you'll have a very hard time getting comfortable. I'm 5-11 with short legs and I feel like I may need a footrest under my desk. The armrests are nice though. They can be adjusted in/out, up/down, front/back, and angled in/out, which is what I was hoping for. They also have a thin layer of compliant material that prevents pressure points. For people having trouble getting it to lean back, you have to pull straight out on the control handle. Then it releases. You can push the handle back while you're leaning far enough back to engage the forward stop at 110 or 135 degrees, or just leave it out. The knob under the seat adjusts the tension through a good range.

Easy to assemble and feels great
I am 5' 9" 220 lbs and this supports me well. I never knew how much I needed a headrest

Perfect for working at home
This chair is so perfect if you work from home. It is comfortable. Adds tons of support in different areas of your body so that you don't finish your work day feeling sore.

Decent Chair for the money, but lumbar support cover popped off one week after purchase
Decent Chair for the money, but lumbar support cover popped off one week after purchase, head rest locking system is flimsy and will not hold its position

Too expensive to break after less than 2 weeks
Lumber support came off the frame and there isn’t a way for me to reattach. Chair is nice and comfortable but too expensive for this to happen

DO NOT BUY, Very poor quality!
I bought one and the mesh on the back support separated from the frame. Day #2, I sat down without reclining, then went to put my head on the head rest (still with out reclining) and the mesh separated. Asked for a replacement and the same thing happened after a week of usage. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!!!! Very poor quality.

A Great Chair After Few Adjustments
As a writer, I spend a lot of time on my computer. It's important I have a good chair that supports my body. This chair is not made for anyone who is 5' 3" or shorter. I'm 5' 3" and the neck rest is just out of range where it would fit me. I added gel seat and it boosted me up just enough to make the neck rest touch my body where it should. Before that it was pushing my head down a sharp angle and gave me a sore neck and upper back. To get it down where my neck hits it only tilts forward at a sharp angle. You will absolutely need a seat cushion with this chair. The mesh seat is shaped in a way that makes in hang like a hammock in the middle, so it pushes at the outside of your thighs and is uncomfortable after about twenty minutes. I was losing some circulation in my legs before I figured out it needed something to lift you off the mesh covering. I have a small frame, I'm 125lb.The lumbar support is in the wrong spot for me. I bought a second support pillow, and it then it was comfortable.I left the arms off because it wouldn't comfortably fit under my desk with them on.With the added adjustments I made the chair it's a perfect fit for me. People with taller frames won't need to make as many adjustments. if the back components of the chair moved just an inch or two it would be fully adjustable.
