I was super scared to try this because anchovy broth?? Doesn’t sound appealing but I follow a Korean family and the mom uses this in some kind of kimchi soup. I don’t know actual names I’m sorry. It was delicious! Will definitely buy again and need to get her cook book lol.

Not Gluten Free
This is a really good product and it tastes great but the package says it contains wheat. Not that it was produced in a facility that processes wheat. My Korean friend read the ingredients and that’s what it said. After eating we didn’t have a reaction but to be safe it’s probably not best if you have celiac’s. With that said it was really good and if you don’t have that concern it’s worth every penny. The directions were fully written in Korean so google translate helped me enough to figure out how to use it.

Such a great little timesaver
