This is a set of 4 coconut bowls and 4 spoons. Of the billions of coconuts harvested each year for the coconut oil, water and flesh industries, 99% of their shells are discarded and burned as waste. We're up-cycling these shells into beautiful eco-friendly bowls made from real coconuts. With billions of plastic containers also ending up as landfill every year, it’s important that society begins to reject plastic solutions in favour of plant based alternatives. Coconut Bowls are a little piece of tropical paradise that you can bring to your kitchen. We reclaim our coconut shells from companies that treat them as a bi-product after their flesh and water have been extracted. Our craftsman then cut, cleans and sand the coconut shells, turning them into beautiful coconut bowls that you can eat from. Each Coconut Bowl is then finished with an organic virgin coconut oil polish. Every coconut bowl is unique with its own shape, size, marking and imperfections. They're one in a billion, just like you. That means when you buy a coconut bowl, nobody else in the world will have a bowl just like yours. We support fair trade practices and currently have workshops in Indonesia and Vietnam, and plan to expand this further to more countries where there is a commercial coconut industry.

Natural, no chemical smell!
Great natural bowls! Nice looking, great quality and easy to use. Spoons are great too! Perfect for açaí or smoothie bowls. Fun addition to our dishes. These r the 2nd set that I bought...1st set had a chemical smell so I bought these & they didn’t.

Loved the look and idea of these but quality is poor. 2 out of my 4 bowls cracked within a few days of receiving them. Disappointed

Authentic item!
I love trying out new products, and after my fiancé showed me how coconut bowls were made, I wanted to get one. We don’t have the tools to make them (otherwise I would). I also like that it’s a compostable, “circle of life” kind of product, where everything can be used. The one I received holds 2c (1 pint) if filled to the brim. Each bowl is unique in shape and capacity because no two coconuts are the same.

Very cheap looking. The color changed after putting it in the dishwasher.

Good product
these are great for decoration. I’ve used two for Decoration around the house and my wife and I use the other Two for serving when we Have Dnner parties. Our guests always love them!

Bad quality
Not impressed with these bowls one bit. Very over priced and bad quality. Disappointed to say the least.
