The recipient was highly delighted with product. It arrived safely on time in secure packaging. It took four hours to fully charge. There are three temperature settings and three flow strengths. Please be aware that the plate at back of neck does get exceptionally cold. There is a side light but doesn't appear to have a purpose, so could do without. The test of time will tell how long the product will last before it requires maintenance. At present it is being well used and have received requests from other family members as they want one too. Useful for any walk of life; has been used during college lectures, out walking the dog, sitting/working in the garden, indoors while seated/watching TV and even tried out in bed. There is a suggested time limit of use, so it's not to be used continuously. Initially the motor sounds noisy but once used to it the noise disappears into the background. Made well, appears good and strong. Very impressed.

I bought theses as a Christmas gift for my wife,I was very nervous about how she would receive them and if they were actually any good, I shouldn’t have worried about them because she’s EXTREMELY happy with them, they do exactly what they say they do! They are well worth the money, I’d definitely recommend them.

As an autistic man who suffers with temperature regulation this is brilliant! It’s not too heavy and gives great airflow! It’s sturdy and a compact size. Looks pretty good aswell compared to some of the others on the market. Very pleased

This is the best neck fan I have ever used. Its comfortable and the cooling plate is fantastic as it instantly cools right down in seconds and the airflow is good too. This is much better than I was expecting it to be, Its not to noisy It also has good battery life too and is charged via usb c which is good.

Although it blows a cool air, it is directed onto your ears. No matter how you adjust the sitting of it, the air flow still hits the ears which is very annoying after a short while.

I really like this improved neck fan. The cold plate at the back of the neck is great as my old neck fan used to warm up very quickly in that specific part. Be warned though this is what uses up most of the battery so make sure its fully charged for the day & used intermittently. Unlike me who left it on all day! The cold plate has 3 cold settings. The fan part which runs along the whole of both sides also has three speeds & is easy to use & get the hang of. Both perform very well. The air flow is very refreshing. The whole product is very comfortable around the neck and was amazing value for money. Highly recommend for summer or like myself gets hot flushes

I struggle to regulate my temperature & a neck fan can be a godsend but sadly not this one. If you buy one with the cold plate, it makes it twice the weight of the others, which to me cancelled any slight benefit.I also found that the air didn’t quit go in the right direction for my needs. Just going up my face became annoying. There is a fair bit of noise too with this style of neck fan & yes I expect some but I’ve now tried several & they vary considerably. I’d definitely recommend these but not this type as you need one that blows air where you want it.I have 2 & one is like this without the cooling pad but has propellors you pull out & can direct which is good but has some of the same noise issue when on higher speeds. By far the best is the ones with 2 mini fans on the ends you bend up & direct where you want. Trust me, I’ve shown several women of a certain age, who suffer with "power surges”, & they all agree it’s no contest. They not only do a better job, but are quieter & lighter. being of a certain age means I don’t care what others think I look like with one on, as it beats having sweat dripping down my face, & if summer ever actually arrives, I’ll be doubly happy.(Also much cheaper -£13, yet identical from certain Team-you places ).
