Tygon F-4040-A PVC Fuel And Lubricant Tubing, 1/4" ID, 3/8" OD, 1/16" Wall, 5' Length, Yellow. Flexible Tubing for Small Engines Specifically designed to handle most fuels and industrial lubricants, Tygon F-4040-A lubricant and fuel tubing resists the swelling and hardening caused by hydrocarbon-based fluids. This significantly reduces the risk of failure due to cracking and leakage. Its minimum extractability safeguards the liquid or vapor being transferred against adulteration. Because it is extremely flexible, Tygon F-4040-A tubing for small engines simplifies installation, even in tight places. It is translucent yellow for positive identification and to allow easy flow monitoring and is routinely used to handle gasoline, kerosene, heating oils, cutting compounds and glycol-based coolants. Review: I used this Tygon F-4040-A fuel line to redo the fuel lines on both of my Yamaha XLT1200s, and it’s been a solid upgrade from the old, brittle hoses. It cuts clean, slides onto and fits the fittings well, and once clamped it seals up nicely without fighting it. The tubing is flexible without feeling flimsy, routes cleanly, and so far it’s holding up great with no leaks or weird softening. If you’re rebuilding/refreshing an older fuel system and want something that feels like the “right stuff” instead of generic hose, this has been worth it. Just make sure you measure your ID/OD before ordering so you get the correct size. Review: This hose is just exactly what I needed for my '07 Yamaha TW200. I added an in-line 90 degree filter to augment the system and now it's all complete.

Good stuff. I bought some other similar fuel line, but was shocked at how unbelievably brittle it was.. would turn solid as a rock as soon as fuel was run through it.. you could get the fuel line on, but could never get it off without breaking it. This stuff though is great. Have reconnected several times, and trusted it to replace all existing 40 year old fuel lines.

Don’t use any other clear hose but this style , it lasts a long time and is tough.
