Cool product but charger didn’t work

I got it for my outdoor garage working days. It's just ok. Theres no oscillation so unless you're standing in the wind path, won't really notice it. The noise of this fan is nonexistent, so quiet I will forget to turn it off at time. Battery life is significant, have only needed to charge it once. Only getting 4 stars because the purpose I got it for, it doesn't really help. I can see it working well in an inclosed area though, like an addict or basement.

This product comes with instructions, but usage is pretty intuitive. The air flow level is adjustable as is the lighting temperature and brightness. Before use, the massive 20,000mAh battery needs to be charged with the detachable charging cord (included). The row of battery level indicator lights will flash until a full charge is reached, which took ten hours. After fully charging, the fan can be set on any hard surface and tilted to the desired angle, or it can be hung using the hook attached to the bottom of the casing. I set it up at full air flow and the brightest light setting and left it to run to see how long a charge would last. After 11 hours 45 minutes it shut off. While this is far from the "60 hours working time" claimed in the product description, this was under maximum usage conditions. This fan/light combo should have no trouble lasting throughout a weekend of occasional use. Although this fan is plastic, it feels substantial, and the carrying handle is built-in. I ordered it for our adult daughter who does a lot of primitive camping, but everyone in the family liked it so much that I'll most likely order more as Christmas gifts. A fan and a light (not to mention a phone charger!) are always nice to have on hand whenever or wherever there's a lack of electricity.

Excellent Portable Fan. High points: Light and portable. Easy to carry, move, and use. Long battery capacity, runs for a long time, nice for emergency power use. Excellent speed control. Continuously variable speed control, and very precise. Depending on you light source, you can adjust the speed to match the flashes and the fan will "stop", blurry, at that speed. Slowly speed up to the next synchronized multiple speed and the fan will "stop" blurry again. You can adjust the speed from low, super quiet, to maximum speed and airflow, and still relatively quiet. Great for personal use, camping, fishing, BBQ - also works great on getting all the briquets lighted up quick. And, on top of all of this, timer delay Off, 2 color lights, yellow, white; 4 levels of LED brightness; 2 fan motors, counter rating and blades for efficient, quiet operation. Technology is great. Price is good, great, with discount. They designed and built it right. Truly a good fan and a good price.
