Love the bike Customer service awesome
I absolutely love my bike. The customer service is awesome. Before they sent my bike they sent a text to confirm my address and asked a couple of questions to make sure the bike was a proper fit for my height. I had an issue and they responded quickly via text. We did some troubleshooting and the issue wasn't resolved so I was sent a replacement part. I really appreciated the service they gave.
