Better sleep
Definitely sleep sounder or harder whichever you prefer. After laying in bed, for a bit, I get tired quicker and feels like my legs tingle just a little. Sleep through the night without waking up. Only thing I don't like is the attachment point for the cord ends up on the top of the bed in a corner.

It does not breath. It does not feel great on the skin. It is clammy, it is stiff . In short, save your dough.

Nice sheets
These sheets do need to be plugged in but the wires are very thin and flexible so you don't really feel them while you sleep. I have not used it enough to really feel a difference yet to know if their claims are true or not.
