Fit my 05 4Runner perfectly
I use AVS products on all of my vehicles. The vent visors are easy to install and fit perfectly. Improves the look and functionality of any vehicle you put them on. Keeps the rain out of you have your window cracked open when driving, or during the hot summer.

Do Not Fit !
I have purchased and installed Ventshade window shades on 4 trucks (2 and 4 door) and 2 cars (2 and 4 door). I have never had any problems installing these products. I have never had any problem with the fit on these products. I have never had any problem with how well they lasted or performed. That is, until I purchased my recent set for a 2006 Toyota 4Runner.The front door set installed fairly easily, however the drivers side window hits the Ventshade every time it rolls up. But it does roll up. The passenger side window runs into the Ventshade and stops. It will not roll up without me getting out of the vehicle and moving the Ventshade out of the way so the window can roll up.The rear door set is even worse. These could not be installed at all. The Ventshade for both rear windows is too long to fit the window opening. I thought maybe I could trim a bit off each end where it slides into the side openings of the window. This helped some, but still did not allow the Ventshade to be properly installed. Even the molded portion of the Ventshade is too long to properly fit the opening. This caused the Ventshade to bulge out with a hump. It also made it so the window would hit and stop without rolling up. Nothing I could do to make the situation better.Maybe their manufacturing process has changed or maybe they're letting someone else actually make the product. But on the 6 (six) I have installed and used before, I've had no problems and only excellent results. But on this particular product, I spent a lot of money to get something that does not fit and will not work at all. Waste of money. Will attempt to get a refund. Shame to see the company not use better quality control procedures to ensure that their product actually works on the vehicles they claim it will. They definitely need to go back and re-measure, re-fit, and re-tool to make a quality product that fits - like they used to.Very unhappy with this purchase. It is totally and completely worthless and unusable. A waste.

Great product
I bought these windows deflectors for my Toyota 4 runner 2005. They look thin and kind of fragile but nevertheless they perform really well. I went on a 1200 miles trip and they are rock solid. Very easy to install. I recommend these with tape that sicks on the outside of the vehicle against the ones that fit into the window channel because they tend to loosen up, rattle, or even fall out entirely leaving a bigger gap producing air leaking.I am giving this brand 4 starts because the front pieces are not a perfect fit, they miss the contour of the door a little bit. I manged to bend them a few millimeters and get an almost perfect fit.

Most of these bad reviews are wrong.
Unlike most of these reviews, mine looks perfect, fits good & does the job. I read some of the reviews on this and I have to say some of you didn't use the "add vehicle" to see if it fits your car. Some of you actually put it on the glass of your windows??? Well I am here to say that my 06 4runner, it looks great. Plus, my car is black so it looks even better. You HAVE to use the alcohol wipes to clean the surface (if first time putting one on) and I thought there was scratches on it but its actually shrink wrap was still on it. My set came 3 days early as well. Aloha!

Good but could be better
Vents seem good quality and shipping was good. Wished they had the 3m tape on all three sides of the in channel vent or provided a bit more tape. They only had two so I have to buy more 3m double sided tape. Also, the rear vents did not fit properly so we had to trim them down to fit. I was expecting to get this done in a hour but ended up taking 2 to 3 hours because of that. If you plan to put these vents on your car and bought the in channel vents, I would make sure you have 2-3 hours to spare to properly fit and secure each vent to the windows.

Good product
Decent quality and they look great! There was a small crack at the top of the front driver side guard also the back pair had what looked to be international cracks at the top of the guards for both windows. None the less I believe it was done to ease the process of putting them on and can’t be seen after install. Regardless of what has been said I love them

Does not fit properly on 2007 TR4 Limited.
Believe the reviews: it won’t fit properly on a 4th gen 4Runner. An initial frustration was that the adhesive protection strips pulled off with the encapsulating plastic on the top components. I thoroughly cleaned and prepped the surfaces, pre checked alignment and orientations and attempted to install these after having everything acclimated in the shop at 72 degrees. The rear windows struggled hard, but made it closed. The drivers window though will not stay closed: immediately re-opening on the safety switch. The front passenger was hit or miss or being able to remain closed properly. In struggling to overcome the additional thickness (the problem is that the original spacing is VERY TIGHT on these to begin with) the rear window switch now won’t roll the window up. Had to remove them with some real difficulty and the pulling of the door seals from the frame. Afterwards, with the tape removed, I tried to get the driver side to fit with no additional material. No good. It just doesn’t work with these in at all, which is frustrating , because the look of the in channel is very nice. Forced to return. Will order the outside mount versions, use the special prep pads for adhesive tapes for the best seal and hope for a better outcome.

Looks and fits great.
Installed on my 2008 4Runner. I've used this brand before and the quality is better than some of the cheaper brands (no sharp edges) Never had a problem. Installed in minutes if you have a good eye.It takes some patience and a sharp razor helps separate the 2 way 3m tape protection.Make sure to use the alcohol pads and wait until it dries (2 minutes or so) before applying the shades.

Nope. Does not fit on my SUV
Like many others have said, this does not fit on my 4th gen (2009) 4Runner.I did a dry fit and the visor was bending a lot. Couldn't even fit it in straight. It would need to be trimmed about 0.5" to fit flush on the side edges. On top of that, the window doesn't close. This could be resolved if the trim was flush and didn't bow out, but I don't want to take the risk on an expensive product and have to rebuy it if it still doesn't fit and the window still doesn't close.I will buy the outer version as I have heard these work without a problem. Might not be the prettiest, but if it works, it works.

Mediocre quality
Arrived very quickly. Package contained 4 visors with adhesive tape in place. There were no cleaning supplies in my package and there was a tear in the plastic wrap - it appeared that someone had pried them out. Not a big deal. The plastic is thin - I measured 1.2-1.6 mm thickness. The edges are rough and sharp. I used a small file to round off the edges to prevent possible cuts in future. Front window fit was off by about a half cm (too much curve). Rear window fit was good.

Better than nothing
Does the job, but you need to have extra 3M tape to fill the holes, because it does not match Toyota 4Runner door shape as it should. Lots of room for improvement. Had to sand down edges too, because some were too sharp and not sanded properly. Bought these to avoid damage to window motors. On the bright side: these are good for vehicle ventilation while camping.
