Came on time. Exactly like the picture. Arrived in a lovely box and had a gift bag with it perfect for my sisters birthday

DAMAGED
This doesn't even deserve a star.I am so disappointed by this product.The box arrived undamaged, however when I opened it the mug lid was damaged and had a huge circular chip on the side.This was meant to be a birthday present and now I cannot give it.Don't buy this product, all you will get are defect mugs.
