Amazing thing to build your forearms, size is perfect. Grip is amazing as well, the durability is just on point and the use of it is good but does ache a bit. Amazing shipping time.

Got this product on sale for approx £6, so wasn't expecting too much even though there were lot's of positive reviews.Arrived very quickly and well packaged.Product is robust and does exactly what it says on the tin. It's a premium product, but doesn't come with a premium price tag.I've decently large, strong hands, and did wonder if the strength gauge would be merely a gimmick. I'm pleased to say it isn't. My strength gaugge is set at around 25kg/30kg pressure and that's more than enough for me at this time. The product is flexible enough to suits almost all users.For the price you can't go wrong with it.

This was an excellent buy for that price is a steal. Really does go to 60kg and is very easy to get the hang of.Nothing wrong with then and came beautifully packaged. 10/10. Would buy again

Great for improving your grip, very good price, you can alter the amount of resistance and build your grip up, which is very good.Would definitely recommend to all who have a poor grip. 5*

Bought to replace a previous product that broke, suffered the same fate agree about 6 months - the spring split at higher tension. Before then I found it to be an effective grip strengthener, used to build up grip and forearm strength after a tendon injury. Comfortable to use and the increased tension worked easily and effectively.

Does as it says on the tin.Went for a bright/different colour as they are easier to find.You spin the grey wheel and it increases/decreases the load on the spring.

The media could not be loaded. It's great, especially for the price. It's movement is very smooth and controlled, there's no rattle or squeaking like in many other grip strengtheners. After a while of using it feels uncomfortable since there's no padding on the handles, but other than that, it's amazing and very effective. I used it everyday while watching TV and faced no issues apart from the padding issue. Overall, great value for money, you get 2 for so cheap and very effective.

This is excellent hand gripping and made with good materials.

My elderly mum has a few hand grips but loves this one when she's working out hand cramps and arthritis with deep heat creams.

Mir gefällt das Produkt sehr gut , da man mit einfachen drehen an dem Grauen Rädchen den Schwierigkeitsgrad ganz simpel verstellen kann. Ich trainiere schon seit 10Jahren. Immer wieder mal benutze ich eine Handpresse, jedoch hat mich die reguläre nicht mehr gefordert. Hier reicht schon der halbe Schwierigkeitsgrad (30kg) um meine Unterarme & Hände zu trainieren. Werde jetzt jede Woche 1kg Hoch gehen , ich denke bis ich dann bei 60kg sind wird sich mein Unterarm mind 10-30% Umfang, bzw Griffkraft 10-30% steigern.Für den Preis finde ich optimal, 5.99 für xo hochwertige Handtrainer, finde ich ist fast geschenkt, meiner Meinung nach.Ich bin aufjedenfall sehr zufrieden.
