I didn't like it.
This is an ok box. Sometimes it's good sometimes things crash for no reason. Streaming is ok. It seems to have problems with anything over 720 but it's listed for 4 k. Remote is really bad. Must be in line of sight for it to work. If you buy this box be ready to spend a few more dollars for another remote. I'll be sending mine back due to the crashing issue. I'm also running Firetv equipment trying the same apps and no crashing on my fire stuff so it has to be this box.

Excellent with LibreELEC
The box runs pretty slow when using the default Android OS. If you want it to run faster, look up some videos about how to run LibreELEC (a stripped down version of Kodi) on Android TV boxes. The included remote needs to be pointed right on the box.

not working properly, it restarts on its own with no warning or reasons. Also, it freezes most of the time. Do not recommend it.

The 2 orders I bought were only 4GB not 16GB as it is listed. I took a picture.
I bought 2 and set them up and found out in settings it has how much storage space, it was only 4GB not 16GB. I check my second MXQ PRO 4K SMART TV box and it was the same 4GB of storage.

Roku, xBox and any decent smart TV does the same thing. Very disappointing.
I'm a realist... The description and details made this sound pretty cool and easy to use. I'm also an I/T Director so I know about technology and how it works. SO, based on what I read and what I got the two did not match. Very disappointing. First off the menu was nothing like what was shown. Next it comes blank without any actual content, links or providers other than a browser. So what you get is a device "capable" of doing all the cool stuff described but nothing is setup and it leaves it to the owner to figure it all out. Nothing in the direction either, very basic and cheap.Don't buy unless you have a need for the device. Roku, xBox and any decent smart TV does the same thing.

Misleading
This box is supposed to be 2GB ram and 16GB. The box I received today is 1GB ram and 4GB. What gives?? Very unhappy that I spent more for the better memory but got much less
