Total failure. That cell phone asked for a password so I could make phone calls. I couldn't when, and where, to input that password. The flip-out page didn't tell me where, or when, to enter that password. The information I got from Amazon.com's catalog entry for this phone said I could use T-mobile. I set up the phone with a T-mobile cell phone calling plan. 2 T-mobile workers installed a SIM card for their calling plans. The T-mobile workers at the sale point couldn't figure out how to get the password into the phone in order to make phone calls. The store personnel told me that phone was unable to process cell phone tower signals ( those workers suspect that this phone has a defective computer program ) . I'll be returning that phone. I want my 90 or so dollars returned for phone, tax, handling, express shipping.

Cheesy pos, does not work with t mobile or t mobile prepaid, tried 5 different Sim cards, feels very cheap, to difficult for elderly, sent it back

Came with no instructions and manufacturer had no website. This was returned.

I cannot stess this enough: DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE! It is NOT for anybody who is over 15 years old or so.DO NOT BUY FOR A SENIOR CITIZEN!Utter piece of garbage, unsafe and typical of the crud the Chinlee make. DO NOT BUY. I would return it but my 79 year old mother in law cut herself trying to figure out how to remove the battery cover WITHOUT ANY INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED and bled all over it before we took her to an urgent care facility. What sort of sicko markets a phone to old folks without instructions on the most basic of use? SICK, TWISTED CHINLEE, THATS WHO!UPDATE: It has taken five people (all under the age of 30) and three additional people (all over the age of 60) two days and multiple calls to get the phone set up. Now, nowhere on this phone does it tell you your own phone number. THIS IS FOR SENIORS? DO NOT BUY!!!!
