These omega 3-6-9 capsules seem to be good quality and are potent. They are fairly large, about the same size of the average 1000mg fish oil capsule. They are easy to swallow and don't give the dreaded fish burps. Each tablet is 1,200 mg and could be taken alone, however the directions say to take 3 daily. I personally only take 2 a day and may even change to 1 daily in order to make the bottle last longer.So far, I am having a good experience with this supplement.

I like that this product is from a reputable company that purifies their fish oil to get rid of mercury. I don’t want any heavy metals messing with my health.I feel more energetic and focused since taking it. It doesn’t have any fishy smell or taste. I can swallow it easily without gagging or having to deal with nasty burps later.I don’t think I need any omega 6 in my supplement, since I already get enough from my diet. Omega 6 can cause inflammation and imbalance the ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 in the body.
