So buying this was a bit of a risk as it's not a brand any of us has ever heard of, and the "heavy duty" nature of it is a little different and daunting from normal smartphones. I cannot stress just how chunky this phone is - it is the literal thickness of 3 smartphones stacked on top of each other which has the added bonus of making it so bloody heavy, you can't use it for long periods of time, so hooray for less screen time! Its weight and size also make it rather unattractive so nobody's going to nick it, and you would feel it immediately if someone did!That being said, it is by no means a basic phone. It has all the Android apps you need, the camera is decent, apps load up quickly and it does all the usual stuff very well (paying by card, Google maps etc). Screen resolution is excellent and sound quality strong.The battery life is truly insane. I've been using it for 6-8 hrs a day (messaging, using YouTube etc) and it maybe loses 10-20% battery per day. If you were trekking in the jungles of Borneo, getting messy at a 4 day long festival, or you're just sick of death of bringing your charger with you everywhere, then this is definitely the phone for you!

Second one I buy and happy for life battery as my business requires on daily and torch light function does help on dark scanning and deliveryJust ashamed is not a case to protect impact or even if dropped device overall is good device on storage and functional and life battery

Supposed to be rugged. Fell from my pocket the screen screebN protector fell off on impact and screen was smashed. Not rugged atall. this phone as it had the highest waterproof rating. today and after it had been in water for less than 5min tried to make a call and the speaker was crackling. Then tried to listen to music same problem.Will be returning as this is the only reason I bought this phone.Photo is great and everything else is perfect so very disappointed as if it wasn't for this it would have been perfect.

Good quality for the price. The phone is 2.5 cm thick and 520 grams. It's a proper rugged phone. I'm having some difficulties to find a holder for the car but overall it's a good phone. For me battery is the most important and with 5-7 days of battery life is awesome!!

It's not nice to see constantly see ads on the phone screen while using your phone setting menu or whatever you're doing! It's not cheap phone so no need to see these silly ads constantly!.....
