Do the cymbals come with it?

No..But a bass pedal and hi-hat stand does...Not a bad set with tuning and good heads.. Doesn’t project in big rooms but if miked correctly with the rest of the band the sound can authentic..And broken down it is very easily transferred from place to place...I use all Evans heads...hope this helps with your evaluation...🙏
