It’s convenient for raising my hand during calls or launching the Teams app directly. One limitation is that you can’t reprogram the button for things like play/pause music, but honestly, I don’t miss that functionality – I use it mostly for meetings anyway.One of my favorite features is the microphone status light – green when unmuted, red when muted. It’s simple but really helpful to know whether I'm live during a call. Muting and unmuting is quick and easy with a single touch.While I normally keep it connected to my PC via USB, I’ve also used it several times over Bluetooth with my phone, and it works flawlessly. I use this exclusively for teleconferencing on my desktop. Setup was easy and the audio quality is excellent. While it’s not great for music the sound is surprisingly well balanced and natural for conversations.

Perfect for those work calls at home or while traveling, when your laptop speakers don't want to cooperate. Great sound and easy to use.

Much more comfortable than headphones. Will you sound as clear? Not exactly, I'm told I sound a little less natural, but still perfectly fine. I had tried a cheaper product before and was not satisfied, but this is well crafted and will be my everyday communication device for work.

Audio quality is decent, not spectacular but decent. If you plan on operating without moving in a well lit environment, would be fine. However the "buttons" are sensors that aren't backlit, so you have to really look to see which one you need under a light. in addition they are VERY sensitive. Trying to move it while in use can easily 'hit' another button causing chaos.Minor, but back to the moving....the charging cord, although does wrap, doesn't have a mechanism to fully lock in, leaving it flapping around.

I received this product 1 day before the arrived final date and I’m very happy works perfectly as I expect, however I paid more money ‘cause Amazon made me pay $40 more since the first shipment was supposedly left in transit.It seems to be a ploy to raise the value so that the seller earns a little more. Now that's annoying. Misleading advertising with the excuse of loss of the package in transit. Customers deserve respect.

If you sit in meetings for half of your week, you need this more than it needs you. I can't say enough things about how this mute button has saved me from saying something that shouldn't have been heard.Being able to adjust the volume on the touchpad is also a nice touch. Whats even better is when you take this on the road, have a group call and instead of everyone being on their headphones, this jabrawockee saves the day and gets everyone on the same page.
