Product was really nice design but when It was connect 1min and suddenly lost connection and giving error message saying not compatible device in my iPhone device. so it no sound after that. After restarting iPhone it works but similarly it shuts offThey have good return policy and returns it when I took it to usps.Hope they fix the issue otherwise I like the design

I ordered 4 and they don't work. When I ordered it the reviews were about 60% good so I took a chance. I'm thinking the seller stacked the reviews because they do not work. You plug it in and it will be fine for a minute or so and then you get the error. I'm guessing there is no way to get my money back.

The idea is great, but my iPhone rejects it after a few minutes of charging/listening to music. I rarely used the adapter, as I rarely need to listen and charge battery at the same time. When I used both (after owning it for 6 months), and found iPhone rejection, it was too late to return. It was as waste of my hard earn American dollar. First world problems, right?

Ordered two. One worked, kinda. Showed charging for a few seconds on my iphone 7. The other one didn’t work at all (audio or charge), and actually killed the sound on the phone completely; requiring a phone reboot to get the sound working again. Just terrible results for my experience with this product.

The item says for iPhone 7 right in the description. I have an iPhone 7 with the most recent iOS. First off, when trying to plug my lightning charger in to the port on this device, it barely went in as the port opening was too small. It would not snap in securely. It did start working, charging while I had my headphones in. The sound quality wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. I expected the sound quality to take a minor hit so that wasn’t a big deal. However, after about 5 minutes, my phone gave me an error message saying the “device is not supported” and it just stopped working. Overall very unhappy with this product and will be returning it.

Doesn't work. Broke after an hour. Don't bother. I really wish somebody would make a splitter/adapter that would work with 3.5 mm headphones and allow you to charge the phone at the same time. It doesn't seem like it would be such a hard thing, but I'm convinced with a the absolute junk we've bought and tried, it doesn't exist. This is truly the stupidest thing Apple has ever done.

I give this company an A for effort, but this is far from 100% compatible with my iPhone X. The audio quality through my auxiliary cord is very poor, if it works at all. While charging, it displays a message that “this accessory is not compatible with this device“. This may only apply to my accessory, but I doubt it... don’t waste your money here

Worked for less than 5 minutes. Plugged it in starting playing a song didn’t even play whole song popped up this accessory is not supported and now it doesn’t do anything. Won’t charge through it or play music through it. iPhone X
