Torn numbers!!
The main part of this package were the balloons with the numbers. Which both came torn! Was not able to inflate due to this and was a waste of money.

I got 2 pks. One set had 2 0's and the other had 40 as it should. That was disappointing.

GREAT DEAL! even just for the number balloons!!
Bought this set mainly for the number 40 balloons. Item was packaged well and the correct numbers were in my package. I did take them to a name brand party store to have them and the 4 star balloons filled. It cost about $11 for that, HOWEVER I priced the same number balloons at the party store and they were $19.99 EACH! So buying them here really was a GREAT DEAL!! The balloons were good quality and lasted well. The banner was a good size and though we have not yet used the other items they look to be good quality as well. You could not have purchased all these items this cheap even if you were able to get them all from a dollar store. The numbers are nice and BIG and were a true yellow gold! Our nephews were happy to take them home after my husbands Birthday party.
