Replacement
Item was not working. I reached out to seller and they offered to replace at no cost to me. I'm updating my review because I did get a new charger and is working properly for now.

We’ve barely used it and it’s broken
I left a review stating that the chord broke and while that is true the seller messaged me and offered a full refund and offered to pay for repairs on switch if there were any. I’m changing my review simply based on the fact that they reached out to make it right and are willing to pay for damages.

Perfect replacement
When your kid keeps taking your Switch charge cord, you order this…then the kid takes this one cuz it’s cooler than the lame black one. Well, at least there’s another charger in the house. Anyway, this works great and looks pretty dope.

Disappointed in quality/Pleased with outcome
My son hasn’t even had this for a week and it broke! The charger came apart and the charging clip got stuck in his Switch. Very disappointed!Update-I am changing my review because the seller reached out to me to make things right. Although, I am still unhappy with the quality I received I am very pleased with the customer service and their willingness to fix the problem.

Love the rope cord option I feel they work/last better with kids. The length is good not over the top. You do have to fully push the port in the device for it to charge.
