This is huge as CoQ10 has been rated as one of the top vitamins sold counterfeit with more fillers than product.I am OK with a higher price point that ensures quality.

I like that not only is this brand have a good name but that they are also 3rd party tested which makes me feel better about what I’m putting in my body and spending my money on. These are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste or anything like that associated either. For getting a 90 day supply I would say these are very fairly priced and a great daily addition to your supplement routine.

Ubiquinol is the more bioavailable form of CoQ10, it is the best you can get. I ALWAYS have CoQ10 in my stack. Your body makes it but as we age, we make less of it. CoQ10 is involved in energy production, DNA replication and repair and in antioxidant activity! IT'S IMPORTANT! And because you can easily take a quality supplement there's no reason to accept this decline! This company makes great supplements, I have used several of their products and this one is clean. They used rice flower as an anti-caking agent and vegetable material for the capsule. They also added oil to make this liposomal for better absorption into the cells. I don't spend money on anti-aging gimmicks, but I will invest in PROVEN supplements that can help me age strongly and stay active!

Good quality supplement with a 90 day supply. I like that it’s 3rd party tested but the price is high. Took way to long to get to me but overall good product if you are willing to pay the price for a 90 day supply.

It can be difficult to review supplements because the real or perceived results are so subjective. I have taken other forms of CoQ10 in the past and with some supplements have seemed to benefit from an increase in energy. I have not noticed any difference in well-being or energy with this particular brand. To be fair, there are so many variables that can affect the results, from diet and activity levels, to other supplementation, even to time of year. I also haven't taken these particular capsules for very long, and they are in the form (ubiquonol) which is reportedly the most effective and bioavailable form of CoQ10. Without experiencing any perceived effect and given the price point, I just can't give it more than 3 stars. But what doesn't seem to do anything for me may work great with someone else's physiology, so your mileage may vary.

Coq10 is infamous for being difficult to absorb so liposomal is the way to go if possible. This formula is particularly interesting to me because it doesn’t need to be taken with food. 200mg dosage is ideal for me. Easy to swallow, small capsules and no nausea when taken on empty stomach.
