This works great. Comes with a USB-dongle "receiver", which is already matched to the remote. All you do is plug the dongle into a USB port in your smart box, smart tv or streaming device, and it's ready to use- no pairing needed. It provides the basic smart-controls, and in addition, an air-mouse which puts a pointer on your device's screen so you can point and select just like on a computer screen, and also provides a full keyboard which you can use to bypass most 'scroll to select letter' virtual keypads on the smart device. Excellent accessory to add to your smart system. Proven compatible with the U-Streaming Stick / Dcolor GD1 device (which I also recommend).

Works better than original remote. I bought two, easy to use.

Not compatible
This cheap flimsy remote did not work with Rokutv. In the q&a it indicated it did and that was false. Had to return it.

Rugged
This works fantastically with my Vizio Smart TV. Setup was really easy and I love that the keyboard is on the backside. It means I no longer have to do the crazy scrolling around the screen to fill in information. My daughter has dropped it a couple of times from a few feet off the ground and the back hasn't come off, which is a stellar thing in my house!

It does the job but meh
It works but there are just some very odd quarks. The power button shutdown by media center but won't turn it on. I programmed a button for the power on and off and that works properly. Weird. The battery is shocking not as bad as a similar model I had previously ... I think it has something to do with using the program buttons vs. using that built in power button.

Smart Remote Control Replacement
I have a Samsung Smart TV (a very common TV) and I purchased this remote because of the keyboard. The keyboard, the floating mouse and the volume buttons work but that's all. The idea is great but if more key option worked as expected this would be a perfect remote for a smart tv. Nice try.

Great remote. I use it on a computer hooked up to my tv. It is not a replacement for a keyboard and mouse but it is easy to use and only took a few days and it feels natural. It is like using a Wii controller.
