This bad boy has great picture. So much more noticeable compared to our other cameras. Great field of view. Great depth. Perfect colors and handles weird lighting conditions from day to night. Also it handles low light much better than our other cameras. Rarely needs to even go to b/w IR mode. Connected easily to our existing digital watchdog system. Even survived poor mounting resulting in a leak and filling it with water. We drained and dried it and back to working perfect. Tho I advise proper mounting to avoid.

This camera has great color at night all the way to the street, in an area lit only by front porch lights. Focusing was a bit difficult and required some compromise.

I was struggling with adding this camera to our system and the technical service went above and beyond to solve the problem. Their head of technical support, Jamie Joy, is on top of everything and she was personally involved in solving our problem to make sure it gets completed.

Easy installation for wall mount. Simple configuration interface. Great video quality. I did have a question and Kevin, from GW Security support, provided me the information I needed to get the RTSP stream working for the main stream (best video quality). The format, for any who may need it, is rstp://<IP_ADDRESS>:<PORT>/h264?username=<USERNAME>&password=<PASSWORD>.

The dome does not seal well. It get air through it over time and you start to see spotty shadows on your camera to the point where you cannot see clearly at night. This can happen with a few months of installing by1 year the camera is useless!!!!!! Another thing, you cannot replace them because you would have had the camera for more than 30 days. Go with another brand. The bullets have light glare in spots after about 1 years. Poor quality all the way around!!!!!

This has given problems to sync with my home security system. It is not compatible. It shows well but not all its features are working but still uses it to view my surroundings.

The camera quality is great. It takes a little time to configure the cameras but tech support is great and help if needed.

I bought this camera to add onto my existing GW security system. The Camera itself worked fine with my system which is exactly what I needed. However, there were some flaws when it came to installation:- The provided screws were very weak and too short for drywall installation. I had to use my own screws.- The side hole serves no purpose as it is not possible to bring the internal wires to come out through that hole. Therefore this Camera must be mounted against the ceiling or wall. It can't use the pipe hole.
