Not "intended" for the 2012 Mustang GT...However...
I bought these for a 2012 Mustang GT. They do not fit out of the box. Modification is needed. According to the manufacturer, they do not make rear mudflaps for the GT. I modified mine by cutting away/relieving the inner corners. They fit now. See picture of area that I cut away. They look great now!

2012 Mustang mud flaps
These are Ford licensed products and fit perfectly. They go on easily using 2 existing screws and by drilling 1 small hole in the plastic for a push-pin. No issues and very happy with them.

Simple to fit and a great fit
Use two existing screws and drill one hole into the plastic and these fit perfectly. Subtle but classy upgrade for your 'stang!

2011 V6 pony package, convertible.
I have a 2011 V6 convertible with the pony package. There was some question as to wether these splash guards would fit. Rest assured they fit perfectly. I like the look they give the car and they were about $12 cheaper than the same ones selling at American Muscle.
