What’s the difference between this model and the older one?

This new model is much slimmer in profile and works best with our new thinner Capture v3

What's the main usage compare to the Capture?

This will work with Capture which lets the camera sit below the waist-line, is better for huge/heavy camera setups and allows for an easier vertical interaction with Capture.

How does it hold together at the bottom ?

Is the pro pad somewhat flexible to keep actions like sitting more comfortable?

The device itself is fairly rigid but it does allow you to slide your camera to your hip, allowing you to sit more comfortably. Since removing the camera is quick and easy I usually just detach it before I sit and click it back on when I stand. I used it the entire month of April in NZ and AU and found it very useful. It freed up my hands and I didnt deal with a camera swinging around on a strap.
