OK, so the instructions are weird. They're written in complete English sentences, but I have yet to figure out what the HELL any of them actually mean! However, the remote works great & I have figured out how to use it pretty well by playing around with the buttons. This thing works like a CHARM! I have 3 dogs, so my laminate & carpet floors need to be swept pretty often. This thing picks up dog hair like nobody's business! It goes over thresholds, rugs, bathmats, and under the couch even! WOW!! Super easy to empty out the tray, too! I have long hair, so I was worried that my hair might cause it problems, but even that is easy to remove! All you have to do is pop off the little side brushes, remove the hair strands, then pop the brushes back on! SIMPLE! Protip: If you accidentally program a daily cleaning only to come home & find your little guy has gone on a rampage while you were out & you have no idea how to delete the scheduled cleaning, here's what to do: HOLD DOWN the remote control scheduled cleaning button until you hear the robot say that the scheduled cleaning has been turned off.

I have been eyeing this product for half a year before I found the right time to purchase it since it looks aesthetically good and also has a handheld vacuum. I have a bobi pet but it has been breaking down after not even a year of use, kind of disappointed although the customer service is very good, but I would not expect a $300 robot to break that easily. Therefore, I bought this Tesvor model and I am in love! It is quiet, has two modes-fast and slow *, of course, you would want to use the default fast mode* and also can be monitored remotely. However, the sign-up process was VERY difficult since it utilizes a 3rd party Chinese app. If I did not have a Wechat/Weibo whateverTecent login, I would not have been able to set it up successfully.Note:1. It SPEAKS when activated "Cleaning Session Starts", and going back to dock, so do not freak out. Haven't figured out how to turn the voice function off.2. The bin is small, clean it every 4 days3. It's not good on climbing onto thicker carpets, it takes several tries.4. The handheld vacuum cleans well and is quiet. Only problem is that the dustbin is clear and you can see all the dust sucked in.So far that's all I have experienced. I use Tesvor almost every day, so let's see how it will hold up over the months.

I got this to see if we'd be even interested in having a robot vac. Compared with the price of the competition I figured it would be a good starter. To see the amount of dirt it can pick up I'm impressed. If you put your hand to it or the handheld vac the suction doesn't feel very strong, but its managed to pick up my sons baby socks and small toys so it's got some descent pull. The smart clean function and radar is awesome. It gets really close to the walls and furniture and my son without touching. When it does hit something it's a very light bounce back and doesn't leave marks. It finds it's way home to charge well. It's low profile and mostly clears under my sofa that's less than 3 inches. If the installers had put the legs on perfectly it wouldn't have any trouble. I'm going to put a couple furniture pad lifts under the feet when I think about it and it will be able to zoom right through. It's hit or miss on climbing the shaggy area rug. You can nudge it or if you use the remote it will know to keep pushing forward. I think it decides to climb or not depending on the lay of rug. You still have to do a true vacuum and or sweep once a week or so, but this picks up so much in between its definitely worth it. I don't see a need to upgrade to the more expensive machines. I can't get the app to work, but not a big deal for me since we like to be home when its running in case it gets stuck, but that rarely happens and we let it run with toys all over if they are light it pushes them out of the way, if it can't it goes around. My two year old loves to start it on his own and run after the robot. He also gives his toys rides and it's still alive after 3 months. It's also pretty and modern looking.Update: Suddenly stopped working. The first time I thought it wasn't charged, but it's been a couple months and all it will do is say charging mode. I guess it at least served its original purpose. Wish it would have lasted longer than 4 months.

Sorry i bought this.suction is very poor, the app will not work. i got it to down load after about 20 times trying which was frustrating but it will not work. Instructions are in a asian language so makes not sense.The small hand held vacuum has very little power - so its useless.The Robot itself gets stuck constantly.I have bought a few others over the years and this brand is the worst ever. im sorry i bought it.

SAVE YOUR ENERGY AND MONEY AND GO WITH TRUSTWORTHY BRAND.We purchased this back in 4/2018, and the robot stopped working within 1 year of use. Tried contact Amazon (referred me back to manufacturer for problems/issues), we then emailed TESVOR , but no response whatsoever.I HAVE AN I-ROBOT WHICH IS OLDER THAN THIS, AND IT HAS BEEN SERVING US FOR YEARS!LESSON LEARNED SUMMARY:1. CANNOT COUNT ON AMAZON ON GETTING PROBLEMS/ISSUES SOLVED AS ALWAYS.2. ALWAYS GO FOR REPUTABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY BRANDS TO AVOID THE HASSLE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR WARRANTY WHATSOEVER.

I got this for a few weeks and I really like it. I have a long hair domestic cat, and its been tedious cleaning after the hair everyday. But I aint gonna throw 500 bucks for a robot vacuum and this Tesvor V300S saved my life. Whats better is that it also comes with a habdheld cleaner so that I can clean up my desk, keyboard etc. Now the house is clean and I have time to hang loose amd write this review. Happy new year!

The vacuum itself works well and the handheld vac works well, also. I’ve not been able to run it at night because it gets itself into a tangle with cords under the tv chest, or traps itself in a small area, so I run it while I’m nearby to rescue if needed. In my experience so far, the only drawback is that the instruction booklet isn’t well written and leaves a lot of the troubleshooting to figure out on your own. Overall, I’m pleased with the robotic vacuum, especially for the price, comparatively.
