I liked the idea of the product but it took so long to dry and you need to apply a few layers or I noticed streaks it would leave behind. Wears off pretty quickly and left a film on my teeth, it was easily removed by brushing though. It overall wasn’t something that I would pay for again unfortunately.

My initial review of this product was negative (see below). However, after several months and me not wanting the stuff to go to waste or sit in my cabinet for years- I decided to give it another go. Here is what I've figured out. When you first TRY to stir this stuff it is a gelatinous. Keep stirring... THEN, and this is key! Pour a little more hot water over it, give it a stir, LET IT SIT a couple minutes, stir again. You will find that it FINALLY breaks down and mixes in! Those complaining of the taste...try a squeeze of lemon juice. Gives it a little zing :)Original Review:I love this company's collagen so I was sure I would feel the same about the bone broth. Not so. My first clue should have been that the outside of the container was sticky before I even opened it. When I took the cap off there was broth powder all over, though the seal appeared to be intact. I have made this broth 3 times, following the instructions. Each time I ended up with coagulated glue-like chunks. Equally as frustrating is that it makes everything sticky-the counters, my hands (even after 2 washes), the cup or bowl I pour it in, my spoon from my sticky hand touching it... There has to be a better dissolving recipe for this stuff?! Sadly, really disappointed.

The pros: I love the concept of bone broth collagen. In particular, I use it as a replacement for a protein shake after my workouts, because of the high protein content, without the extra sugar in protein shakes. It works tremendously, and I think it has help with my overall recovery after workouts.The cons: I must say the taste and smell is very off putting. It makes me gag almost, and I have to mask it by whisking it in hot chicken broth, or some sort of flavored salty drink. It does whisk well in a hot solution, but leaves a slightly sticky residue afterwards(because the gelatinous sticky trait of bone broth is just that.)Overall, it does as it says. It’s a collagen bone broth powder, and a big tub too! For the price, I think it’s a good deal for the amount of protein you get.... it’s just that the taste is very off putting. I probably won’t repurchase after I finish this tub(if I manage to finish it).

I just received this yesterday and was so excited to try it. I obviously cannot speak to any benefits yet; however, I can attest to some of the other reviewer's comments. This is a fine powder and it does have a "beefy" taste. All reviews and the package say to mix with hot water. I put a scoop into a blender bottle with some hot coffee (as one reviewer said they liked it in coffee). It does create pressure upon shaking so be cautious to slowly release the flip top a few times during the shaking process. It creates a very thick foam. I poured it into my coffee mug thinking it would be fine with just black coffee...WRONG. As some have indicated that it doesn't have flavor, well it does. I had "beef coffee". ugh....so I added natural creamer and it took away the odd flavor and was drinkable. I would recommend mixing with a bit of hot water, letting it cool and adding to a fruit smoothie. I will update with any noticeable benefits! Happy drinking!!

I'm already someone who drinks smoothies - so taste isn't that important to me. And bone broth is the new super good for you healthy supplement. So this was a natural!But, after going through a few rounds with this stuff, I decided that I couldn't take my taste bar this low. The stuff just tastes nasty. I've mixed it with berries and banana - which helps, but not enough. I've also tried artificial sweetener (which I'd prefer not to use) and that didn't help enough either.So no more bone broth powder for me. I'll be going to back to the tolerably bad tasting protein powder rather than the nasty tasking bone broth powder.With that said, if taste isn't important to you at all, this may be one of the healthiest protein powder options out there.

This stuff is great, seems like real efficient fuel for your body.I've lost some weight (from 200 to 185 in 6 weeks), but hit the wall & couldn't drop any more till i tried substituting this for lunch. I'm droping more pounds now, & feel a boost of energy about 30 min after i drink it.NOW!! My public service announcement!This stuff will trurn your shaker bottle into a foam cannon. Its like shaking a bottle of champagne then poping the cork. I gave it 5 to 10 quick shakes and it exploded foam all over (on me, the ceiling, walls, all the kitchen stuff on the counter top, floor, and the floor in the next room!)Here's how i do it now. I pour in enough hot water to cover my mixer ball, dump in 1 scoop, close, then..1 shake, releive pressure, close2 shakes, releive pressure, close3 shakes, releive pressure, closeNow you can shake as much as you like to mix it in.After this i add cold water, shake, then chug it all.Quick, easy & no mess.Hope this review helps you avoid a big mess.Thanks

I read the instructions before purchasing, but I don't think I read any reviews. And...right after I ordered the product, I received an e-mail from the seller saying something like "for best results---dissolve in hot water". Well, that is about the only way you can use this product and get it to dissolve. It's like "fluff" and it just doesn't blend well. I tried everything. I wanted to use it in my ice coffee--so I even put that in the blender with the bone broth power--still ended with tiny globs of dry and mushy powder at the top of my glass. I think if you make a thick smoothy, it may blend in a little bit better and you might not hit any chunks. If you are used to regular Protein Powder, you will not like the inferior "usability" of this bone broth powder.

It is shocking. These guys are fooling people in 3 ways.1. The name says "Himalayan organics"But all ingredients are chemicals.2. This one is interesting.The RDA for calcium is 1000 mg.1000 mg calcium is obtained from 5000 mg of Calcium citrate malate. They claim 100% rda of calcium on the label. See composition box. In that case , the content of calcium citrate malate should be 5000 mg. How can they fit 5000 mg in a 1500 mg tablet. So they are misguiding and cheating the public.3. Similarly for magnesium and zinc. The label is wrong. The claims are wrong. They should be prosecuted both by Fssai and legal metrology department. Amazon should ban this company for cheating customers. I am a science graduate and I know these calculations.

If you are a woman or a girl, you must start consuming calcium from your teens. I think Himalayan Organics as a brand is simply great and being organic it's absolutely amazing. I started consuming this after my baby was almost 6 months old and started feeling better immediately. All the aches and pains that I was complaining of just vanished after 7/8 days of consuming this and I was so relieved and happy. I am a firm believer of having vitamins, calcium and iron which is a ladies best friend all her life. If you want to look good and have a firm back and a good posture, I would suggest that you start consuming calcium immediately.

It's not easy to judge whether a vitamins is doing it's job, however; I experienced terrible cramping one night. I took about 4 or 5 of these vitamins and the cramping stopped and did not return. I think they are doing something good. Therefore, I would consider repurchasing them.
