First off, I ordered this chair for my home office as my previous chair I bought was falling apart after a year (different style and brand).The chair is super easy to assemble, set aside just 15 minutes if your okay with assembly or 30 minutes if you typically struggle.The butt padding is great! The lumbar support is fantastic. Stability is amazing. The amount of recline you get is great as long as you aren’t the type that likes to lay fully back to take a Power Nap lol. Overall fit and color are modern and classy.However their are a couple issues. Im 5’10” and the head neck rest is just slightly too high to be in the perfect spot even being all the way down. Not a huge deal as it is still comfy but, I would say anyone 5’10” or shorter will experience the same issue here. 6’ and above it’s probably perfect.The biggest issue I have is the material used for the armrests. It’s a very rough, not skin friendly material. It’s like a rough cotton, that is abrasive on the skin. Imagine like wrapping a cheap rough washcloth around your armrests and resting your arms on there for extended periods of time. My skin has definitely become irritated. So much to the point where I actually just bought some armrest cushions to solve this problem. So if your skin is sensitive to rough material like mine, then definitely look into some arm rest covers with this purchase, you won’t regret it.Both are easy fixes to the product team in the next version of this chair. Provide more adjustability to the head/neck rest allowing it to go down 1-2 more inches, and for the love of all you find holy, invest in just a higher quality material for only the arm rests please.

I had doubts when I purchased this Gabrylly ergo chair. I typically stay away from mesh seat chairs, but surprisingly this one is very comfy. Assembly was super easy and I love the lift up armrests. I'm 5'11" and fits me very well, but if your over 6 feet, it may not get high enough for you to sit properly. Arm rests are perfect height at my computer desk when typing, etc (again this may differ for others). Armrest padding and the lack of adjustability as probably the only real sore spots on this chair at the moment. Not much padding and I can see needing to get an armrest pad that straps on. I can't currently speak to durability of the chair as I just got it but I do find the chair pretty sturdy. I do find it very comfortable and happy with my purchase especially after the coupon.

The assembly part was easy and straightforward, everything was packaged well and I really enjoyed that the screws and tools were all labeled in a separate package. So, it was pretty easy to tell what to use in each step of the instructions. There was even some spare screws so I thought that was cool. The chair itself is awesome and comfy, the headrest is adjustable but can also be removed if you don’t want it. The armrests can be lifted upwards which I love because it doesn’t hit the desk, allowing me to scoot closer. The lumbar support is already built in and it has honestly helped my back and in general help me sit straighter. I did have some trouble with the armrest because it became wobbly but received excellent and speedy customer service. So the issue was resolved rather quickly. Overall, I can definitely say I enjoy the chair and if you ever have questions/issues you can count on their customer service.

So far so good. Relatively easy to assemble and it appears to be of a quality construction. Very supportive on my lower back and I am of average size and weight. We will see how well it holds up with daily use!

It honestly was not the chair I was looking for. Its comfortable and all but I always feel like the arms are going to break when I scooch back in the chair. I'm a thick lady and if I were any bigger the chair wouldnt work well. So if you're a bigger person, (yes the arms can go up) I don't feel it would be that comfortable.But as of now, I like my chair, my bum doesn't hurt like with regular chairs. I like the mesh seating.

Has all the advertised features, basic tilt, lift/lower, and lock positions. Arms go up mostly out of the way (out of the way for my wife, slightly in the back of my arms for me), but it does exactly as advertised. Not bad, I knew what I was getting by the description and photos. For the price, it was a great value on sale - if I wanted more features I could have bought more features. The most important feature to us is the mesh seat in addition to the mesh back, the other options are minimal.

I purchased the GABRYLLY Ergonomic Office Chair in June 2023 for my home office. It fit all the requirements. I was looking for a high back chair that could accommodate 6'2 - 240+ lbs that also didn't cost $$$. The chair is comfortable and has been great to sit in for long work days.Like another reviewer stated, after 1 month the backing mesh disconnected from the frame. I reached out to the service team via phone and email and within an hour they had contacted me and sent me a new backing. I've installed the new backing which took about 5 minutes and so far it's working great! I'm really impressed with the customer service and their prompt attention to make things right. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another office chair from them in the future.

I love everything about this chair except that the armrests cannot be raised or lowered. Because my keyboard and trackpad are on a pullout tray underneath my desk, I have to sit the chair lower than I'd like to have the armrests at an appropriate height.
