I really wanted to love this after trying absolutely everything for my itchy, sore, cracked, bleeding hands, but unfortunately it's pure grease and I can't bear it.I've given it a good go, leaving it on for an hour or so to see if it absorbs but it just doesn't.Along with that, it hasn't helped my hands whatsoever. They're as dry and split as before.If you have sensory issues, AVOID!!

I'm 43 with quite dry. Sensitive skin and I primarily purchased this to help calm retinol burn and discomfort. I prefer this to avene which can sting. I healed much faster than without and it soothed my skin on my neck and face and then I had a new shaver and the face attachment grazed my neck and was very painful. Out came this cream again it helped soothe and heal better than anything else like avene sudocrem. As a plus it leaves my skin lovely and soft. The cream is very thick, spreads easily and only a small amount is needed or you can layer it thickly. It can be a bit difficult to squeeze out the tube as it is thick. The good side is that you don't have to worry about too much product coming out the tube. Now I use it whenever I feel my skin needs some extra tlc, on cat scratches, dry lips. It will layer easily over other skincare products used. I'd recommend this cream as I've been impressed. Ive bought a tube ready for when it runs out. It does last a while though. Try it. I can see this as a good main moisturiser for those with dry and very sensitive skin. Update...purchased 2nd tube of this. It helped heal a reaction to a face serum and within a couple days the area was much improved. I did use something else on a different area to see the difference ans the area I used this healed so much quicker

I am using the day and night cream and I am very satisfied. Decided to try this one .
